Incident Summary:

Allegation that (a) referees were not licensed, (b) that a player was handwritten in on the original game card, but a later game card was provided, and (c) that players were the incorrect age.

Comments:

NorCal PAD is investigating whether the referees were licensed. Napa Valley has until noon on November 15th to provide (a) the names of all 3 referees who worked this match and (b) a copy of the game card. This evidence is to be emailed to pad@norcalpremier.com.
