Allegation that an unlicensed referee was assigned to referee a U19 game. This referee was too young to be assigned to this game.

Comments:

The Loomis Referee Assignor needs to be more diligent and review each referee when they are assigned to insure the referee is currently licensed. Additionally, the Loomis Referee Assignor needs to take care to insure that referees are appropriately aged and experienced before assigning them to officiate matches.
