The coach of the Black Oaks team, Luis Hernandez, is suspended from all activities with any team affiliated with NorCal until November 19, 2016. During the suspension, Mr. Hernandez may not coach, assist a coach, train or manage a team. Mr. Hernandez is to surrender his USClub Staff Pass to USClub Soccer. In these situations, the PAD Committee has the power to fine the offending club $500. However, since Black Oaks cooperated with the investigation and took strong actions the fine is not imposed. |
