Comments:

Using unlicensed match officials is unacceptable. Diablo FC is fined $150 ($150 for per unlicensed official) for using an unlicensed match officials. The match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of EBU-Bay Oaks Blue for Diablo FC's use of unlicensed referee.
