Allegation that Loomis used non-licensed referees for a match.

Comments:

Given the on-going problems with Loomis assigning unlicensed referees to officiate matches, the Loomis referee assignor is directed to have Moe Shafai approve all referee assignment before such assignments are made through June 30, 2015. On June 30, 2015, the PAD Committee will review the progress made by the Loomis assignor and determine then whether further oversight is needed.
