| Comments: | Sabalsa should not have played without the paperwork clearing him. South San Jose Titans have until noon on November 20th to provide the paperwork that would have been necessary to clear this player. If the Titans fail to produce the necessary paperwork by noon on November 20th, the game will be declared a 3-0 forfeit and further action will be taken against the Titans coach for playing an ineligible player.
Titans have failed to provide any evidence that Sabalsa served his supension. As a result, this game is declared a forfeit in favor of Central Santa Clara Valley. Titans may not play Sabalsa in any match until written proof his supension has been served.
