1) Game was forfeited by America however since America let Deportivo know of the issue with the date well in advance they will not be responsible for any fees. Although Deportivo was within the rights to ask for the game to be played on the NorCal date they should attempt to be more accommodating in the future if notice is given before the scheduling deadline.
