Manteca FC is placed on notice to stop immediately of using two-man system of officiating for all their NorCal competitions. NorCal Soccer League is only authorized to use either ONE-MAN or THREE-MAN system of officiating per US Soccer/US Club Soccer/CNRA. Any further violation of this mandate will result in Manteca FC being recommended to be placed on probation or any further sanctions deemed necessary by NorCal’s board of directors.
