Davis and Elk Grove reached a Gentlemen's Agreement that Hotaling could coach for Davis if he did not recruit players from Elk Grove.

Comments:

FC Elk Grove gave permission to Hotaling to coach for Davis in the same age group as he coached for Elk Grove; provided that Hotaling did not recruit players from the FC Elk Grove team. The PAD Committee finds no evidence that Hotaling recruited players from Davis. No action is taken.
