Complaint regarding game day experience at Tecos

PAD Ruling

1) Game will be replayed as a home match for Santa Clara Sporting since only one of the referees are currently certified

2) Tecos is responsible for field and referee fees

3) Tecos receives Club Warning for using uncertified referees. Next time we have an issue with uncertified referees with the club they will be placed on probation.

4) Tecos must make sure their field meets the minimum State Cup standards 105 x 60
